Because your decisions already carry weight, your presence should too.
You know you’re capable, but the moment you’re in the room, you don’t always come across with the same steadiness and authority. The overthinking, softening, and second-guessing you do after the fact isn’t a “you’re not a real leader” problem, it’s a presence problem. The 180° Shift is where we fix that gap, so the way you sound, carry yourself, and show up finally matches the quality of the decisions you’re already making.
Because in every room, your signals speak before your words do.

What's actually happening when you "don't sound confident"
Your Inner room is noisy.
You walk into the conversation already carrying tension, self-doubt, or "don't mess this up" energy. Even if you don't say it out loud, that inner noise is getting in the way of focusing on the moment itself.
Your words are saying one thing, your signals are saying another.
You may be saying the right sentences, but your tone, pacing, facial expressions, and body language are hesitating or contradicting your own point. This sends mixed signals in your message (that others notice).
People believe your signals over your message.
People read how you speak before they fully register what you're saying. When the signals being sent don't match up, people end up trusting the uncertainty more than your expertise.
That's the gap the 180 Shift is built for.
Here, we don't just tweak your "communication skills."
We work on your mindset, your language, and your signals together, so that executive presence stops being this vague "be more confident" enigma and becomes something you actually understand, practice, and feel.

What Executive Presence Really Is
How my process works
Most definitions of executive presence sound vague:
"have gravitas," "be polished," "project confidence."
In my world, executive presence is the result of three psychological states:
inner ease, natural confidence, and effortless influence.

When these three are in place, people experience you as a steady, clear, and credible leader - without you feeling like you're having to perform. And the best part? Each of these is a skill, not a personality trait.
Emotional Ease
Your inner room feels steady enough to lead.
This is what's happening in your mind and body before, during, and after you speak. Emotional ease doesn't mean you don't feel nervous. It means your thoughts, emotions, and nervous system aren't running the meeting for you. This is where you learn to notice the spike, steady yourself, and still show up how you intended. Think of it as emotional intelligence you can feel.
This creates your
inner signals.
Natural Confidence
You sound like yourself when it matters.
Natural confidence isn't a performance; it's the byproduct of explaining what you see, think, and recommend without the need to over-edit or censor yourself. This is where you learn to say what you mean at the level you actually think, in a way that lands with others. Natural confidence is what happens when you trust your thinking enough to say it simply.
This creates your
verbal signals.
Effortless Influence
Your non-verbals and message say the same thing.
This is the effect you have in the room. Your body language, facial expressions, and overall presence create the atmosphere of your leadership style. This is where you learn to have your visual signals match your verbal signals, so that people listen, take you seriously, and implement what you say. This is how you create influence built on trust, not on how hard you sell your point.
This creates your
visual signals.
The 180 Shift is where we work on all three.
Inside my coaching, we use psychology and behavioural science and make small, deliberate changes in how you think, speak, and show up in every room. When you change your signals, you change how people respond to you. This is what takes your executive presence from vague and "underdeveloped" to impactful, influential, and authentic.

If your signals wrote your performance review, would you be happy with it?
Use this Executive Presence Playbook to audit exactly how you're currently coming across (and understand how to fix your signals according to your personal psychology). If you've taken the Signals Assessment from my home page, this will give you a deeper look at where your presence and capability aren't matching yet.
TESTIMONIAL
"What truly sets Christina apart is her attention to detail and understanding of audience dynamics. She taught me how to use non-verbal cues - like strategic camera distance and deliberate hand gestures - to amplify engagement and make a lasting impact. These were subtle, yet powerful adjustments that completely elevated my delivery."

Inside the 180 Shift
This is my high-touch, psychology-driven executive coaching program for leaders and founders who want to be taken seriously at a higher level, without having to push harder to get there.
This is where we work on your strategic thinking, your leadership influence, and how your executive presence is perceived, so your impact grows (and not your workload).
Your Private Leadership Advisory
THINK OF THIS AS THE INNER ROOM BEHIND EVERY ROOM YOU LEAD IN.
This is a weekly, private conversation about the aspects of your leadership you usually keep to yourself. For 12 weeks, you get one quiet hour that's just for you and your goals. We take your real-life moments and look at what was going on in your mind beforehand, what you said, where your voice lost power, and what the room likely read from your signals.
Then, we make specific edits to how you think and approach your leadership and communication, so that next time you're more confident in what you'll think, what you'll say, and how you'll hold yourself in the moment.

We look at where your emotional ease wasn't up to par, where your communication wasn't up to your own standards, and where your signals didn't match your message. With each session, these edits add up. The rooms you're in won't change overnight, but how you walk into them does.

This isn't a step-by-step coaching program. It's a coaching experience tailored to your specific needs, personalized to your most impactful transformation.

What the 180 Shift Means for you.
Your 180 shift looks like you waking up one day and realizing you're living up to the standards you previously thought you wouldn't reach. It looks like joining a call that normally had you rehearsing every sentence, and noticing your mind is clear and your speech is confident and direct. You know what to say, and your body isn't quietly trying to hit the eject button the whole time.

It looks like you walking out of an uncomfortable conversation and moving on with your day productively, without spending the rest of the day replaying it from seven different angles. You're comfortable with how you show up and how you sound, and even if you make a mistake or two, you no longer default to "I messed this up" because you know what you're capable of now.

You start to notice a quiet, very real shift: the way you show up in the room is finally matching the level you've wanted to operate at for a long time.
That's the 180.
