Over 12 weeks, we work in the inner room behind your leadership, in how you’re thinking, feeling, and bracing when you’re visible, and then in the rooms everyone else sees: how you structure what you say, the signals you send, and the way you’re read when the stakes are high.

Inside The 180 Shift, we stop treating “executive presence” like a personality you either have or don’t, and start treating it like something you can actually work on.

 

We use psychology and behavioural science to trace how you’re currently thinking, speaking, and signalling in high-stakes rooms, then make targeted adjustments so your presence feels less like a performance and more like a steady, accurate reflection of who you already are. This way, the room doesn't just hear that you're a leader, it actually feels it.

You become more aware of what your body is broadcasting: your posture changes, your facial reactions, your eye contact and hand gestures. The 180 Shift

The 180 Shift is a private, 12-week high-touch coaching container to work on how you're showing up as a leader.

Weekly 1:1 sessions built around your real leadership.

We meet once a week for an hour on Zoom and use your actual calendar (your stakeholder updates, team calls, 1:1s etc.) as the material we start with. That way there are no generic scripts, no pretend scenarios. We work on what's already in front of you.

psychology lens on your leadership.

We use Social Psychology and behavioural science to work on your mindset, communication, and signals. We look at what's happening in your mind, how you sound when you speak, and what your body language is doing. Then, we make specific, sustainable shifts to how you come across.

Support that helps you integrate.

You'll have confidential access to me between sessions, so you're not waiting a full week when something important comes up. This way, the work isn't limited to the sessions, it translates to how you lead day to day.

Is ongoing support provided?

Absolutely, I offer continuous, asynchronous support between sessions to ensure you stay on track and motivated. This is designed to enhance your leadership, not overwhelm your calendar.

Is this therapy?

No. We will talk about your thoughts, emotions, and behavioural patterns, but always in service of how you show up as a leader. This is coaching grounded in psychology, not a treatment for any mental health concerns. Please note: I do not accept any forms of personal insurance.

What if I don't know if I have any executive presence to start with?

Everyone starts somewhere, and we start exactly where you are. We uncover your strengths, identify what you're already doing well, and create a plan that will work for your lifestyle, work environment, and preferences. Regardless of where you're starting from, you'll experience improvement.
