Executive presence
is more than how
you present yourself.
Executive presence is how you're experienced by others.
It's how people experience your judgement when you're challenged. Your confidence when the answer isn't obvious. Your emotional state when the conversation is difficult. Your clarity when you're explaining
the reasoning behind your recommendation.
Strong executive presence doesn't come from performing confidence.
It's the outward expression of how you think, relate, respond, and lead.
TESTIMONIAL
"Christina's impact has been unmeasurable in my progress. With her returning me to the basics every week, I'm able to understand and coach the team so much better. Working with Christina is like a shortcut to success and makes me wiser as a person as well."
Team Lead
Market Intelligence
There is no prescribed version of exceptional leadership.
The aim isn't to turn you into someone else's (outdated) idea of being an executive. The aim is to understand the patterns shaping your leadership, improve the way you respond, and strategically improve the impression you make. You become the leader that matches the standards & goals you've set for yourself.
Every advisory is bespoke. We begin with your personal leadership diagnostic to assess your current context and presence cues. From there, our work revolves around improving how you want to be experienced by others and developing the skills to overcome your hardest challenges.

Meet Christina.
At a glance: Christina is an author, educator, coach, and holds a PhD in Social Psychology (or as she lovingly tells her kids, she is a doctor for people's thinking).
She spent over 20 years studying the mind and human behaviour, and spent 7+ years conducting research on social perception.
After obtaining her doctorate, she worked as a consultant before opening her own practice. Her philosophy is simple: you're only as good as your mind allows you to be. Now, she helps high-performing professionals understand the connection between their identity, mind, and behaviours so that their thoughts, actions, and presence become more coherent. Better leadership becomes a natural byproduct.
People are constantly communicating signals about what they think and feel, because your psychology leaks into your behaviour. The trick is understanding which signals you're sending and how they influence the way others experience your competence and authority.

Dr. Christina Aidy
TESTIMONIAL
"Working with Dr. Aidy has been a game-changer for my communication skills. In just a few focused sessions, she helped me develop a more powerful and compelling presence—not just through what I say, but how I say it. While we touched on verbal communication, the real transformation came from her insights into non-verbal cues: posture, body language, facial expressions, and presence. Thanks to her guidance, I’ve already noticed a difference in how my messages land. I feel more confident, and I’m much more aware of the subtle, often overlooked elements that shape how we’re perceived as leaders."

Strategy Consulting
Your private leadership advisory.
What the advisory is
A confidential, highly personalized space to develop how you lead, communicate, and come across to others. Rather than following a fixed curriculum, the advisory is shaped around your role, challenges, and ambitions.
From the moment to the pattern
You receive a customized process, grounded in your real leadership moments. Our work follows a clear developmental framework, giving us a structured way to identify the patterns influencing your presence and leadership style.
We work intentionally on the areas that influence your executive presence, such as your nonverbal communication, communication style, relationships, and ability to perform under pressure.
You bring the conversations, challenges and moments that matter to you, and we use them as live material to address the immediate situation and identify recurring patterns.
You might come to a session wanting to prep for a difficult conversation you have to have tomorrow. We work through it. Then, we also look at what makes that conversation difficult for you with what you're anticipating, where you tend to over-explain, what you're reluctant to say, how you say it.
Over several months, these individual moments reveal important data and patterns. That's where the deeper development happens.
What changes with the work
You improve the way you lead across situations, so that your presence becomes undeniable to you
and to others.
Part of this shift is in how you feel about yourself and your leadership skills, while part of the change is in how others respond to you.
Some of the changes you can anticipate include:
-
Greater self-awareness. You recognize your patterns sooner, especially under stress.
-
Confident range. You become more capable of communicating in different situations.
-
Better composure. You can stay calm and regulated in difficult or stressful moments.
-
Improved clarity. You're ability to explain your thoughts in a way that's easy to understand.
-
More impact. You become more intentional about how your leadership is experienced by others.
-
Deeper emotional intelligence. You're better able to handle your own emotional states as well as the reactions of others, without losing your cool.
Choose the depth of partnership you require
The depth of this work depends on what you're navigating and how much you want to explore. Private Leadership Advisory is available as either a focused three-month engagement or a deeper six-month partnership.
3

3
A three-month engagement.
A focused engagement for leaders navigating a specific transition, challenge or developmental priority.
Ideal when there is a clear area of focus, such as executive presence, increased visibility, improved communication, an important relationship or another defined leadership challenge.
A six-month engagement.

6
A deeper developmental partnership for leaders who want to evolve how they lead across multiple contexts.
The additional time allows us to observe patterns across your decisions, relationships, communication, and team dynamics. As a result, your presence and leadership style change on a more personal level.
TESTIMONIAL
"What truly sets Christina apart is her attention to detail and understanding of audience dynamics. She taught me how to use non-verbal cues - like strategic camera distance and deliberate hand gestures - to amplify engagement and make a lasting impact. These were subtle, yet powerful adjustments that completely elevated my delivery."
